What is the warranty on AfterShokz headsets?

Each AfterShokz headset comes with a 2-Year Limited Warranty. If a problem arises, please contact our Customer Service department to replace the damaged unit. Any tampering or water damage will void this warranty.

Where is AfterShokz sold?

AfterShokz is sold worldwide, primarily in the United States. We can also be purchased online through our website and 3rd party websites including Amazon.

Are AfterShokz available internationally?

Yes. AfterShokz headphones are available in many countries around the world. We can be found in the United States, Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia and more.

Are AfterShokz sold in any brick and mortar retailers?

Yes, AfterShokz available in select AirPort Wireless, EMS, and Fleet Feet.

Are AfterShokz compatible with all smart phones?

Yes. AfterShokz is fully compatible with all smart phones and mobile devices. The Sportz M2 and Bluez also have specific in-line controls that work with your smart devices.

What is the battery life on AfterShokz?

The battery life differs from our wired and wireless models. The Sportz 2 and Sportz M2 have 12 hours straight playtime and can last 30 days in standby mode. The Bluez model has 6 hours playtime and also can last 30 days in standby mode. It is recommended to charge your headset after prolonged periods without use.

When do I need to charge my headset?

AfterShokz headsets have a variety of battery lives. It is recommended to charge your headset after use each day. Additionally, after extended periods without use, it is recommended to charge your headset beforehand.

Will I be able to use AfterShokz with a hearing aid?

Yes. AfterShokz works well with most hearing aids. We recommend you try it out for yourself. If you aren’t happy with the fit, contact our support team to figure out a better solution for you.

Is there any reason I won’t be able to use AfterShokz?

Yes. If you suffer from hearing loss due to cochlear damage, AfterShokz will not be able to assist your hearing. Since AfterShokz sends signals to the inner ear, any damage to it will prevent our headsets from working.

How does bone conduction work?

Bone Conduction uses vibrations to send sound off the cheekbones and to your inner ear. You may notice a small tingling sensation the first few times wearing our headsets. This sensation is those vibrations working.

Can I charge my headset?

Yes. All AfterShokz headsets are fully rechargeable. Each headset comes with a lengthy recharging cable that can fit into any USB connection.

Are AfterShokz waterproof?

No. AfterShokz are not waterproof. However, our headsets are sweat proof and water resistant. Any water damaged unit will void it’s warranty.

What is your return policy?

If you are interested in returning your headset, please contact our sales team. They will guide you through the necessary steps regarding your return. Some things you will need to know are: Place of Purchase, Model of headset, Date of Purchase and some personal information that our sales team will securely ask you for.

How do I connect my Bluez headset to my mobile device?

All computers are different. To start, make sure your device is Bluetooth compatible. Next, turn on your Bluez headset. Check your Bluetooth connections available on your computer. Choose a device names AFTERSHOKZ. Wait for the device to pair. (Note: Some computers may require you to change your audio inputs and outputs in order to use Bluez as headset.)

What are the in-line controls on the Sportz M2?

The Sportz M2 has many controls that use it’s orange button. You can answer a phone call by pressing once. You can end a phone call by pressing once again. Play and Pause music by a single press. Double–tap the button to skip ahead and triple-tap to skip backwards.

What are the controls on Bluez?

Bluez has the ability to take and end phone calls, play and pause music, skip songs and change the volume. All controls are housed on the headsets frame.

Can I drive legally with AfterShokz?

Yes and No. Driving regulations are fairly strict when it comes to headphone use. Additionally all states have different laws regarding this. AfterShokz suggests you use your best judgment and follow in accordance with any laws set by your states government. Additionally, AfterShokz does not support texting and driving. Stay safe.

How do I return an Item?

AfterShokz Bone Conduction Headphones carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturer’s defects.

If your AfterShokz headphones do not meet your needs and you want to return them for a refund, you must bring them back to the original place of purchase.
