How do I return an item?
AfterShokz Bone Conduction Headphones carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturer's defects. For specific warranty information, click on the extended information tab that is found within the product descriptions on this site.
Should you have a problem with your AfterShokz headphones, please contact customer service. Should you need to return your headphones for repair or replacement, please contact cusomer service through the Contact Us form on this website. If your AfterShokz headphones do not meet your needs and you want to return them for a refund, you must bring them back to the original place of purchase. If you purchased them from AfterShokz.com, send the headphones along with a detailed explanation of why you are returning them to:
