How to use AfterShokz Headphones.
Can I use AfterShokz Mobile with smartphones other than an iPhone (e.g. Blackberry, Samsung, Nokia, etc.)?
Yes, AfterShokz Mobile will work with most smarthones that have a 3. 5mm jack. If the in-line microphone does not work, please use the small extension cord included in your AfterShokz Mobile package. That typically solves the problem. If your smartphone is an older model with a 2.5 mm jack, 3.5 mm to 2.5 mm adapters are available at most electronics stores and at Amazon.com.
Can I use the Sport or Mobile model on my computer?
Yes, with an inexpensive stereo splitter cable (smartphone to pc adapter), available at many electronics stores or on Amazon.com.
Can people with hearing loss use AfterShokz?
If a person can benefit from a hearing aid, they will be able to use AfterShokz and hear whatever is being played through bone conduction technology. Many people who use hearing aids find that AfterShokz allows them to listen to their music without going through the tedious process of removing their hearing aids (which is what you have to do for headhones or earbuds). If a person has damage to the choclea or to the nerves connecting that portion of the inner ear to the brain, AfterShokz will not help them hear.
What is the correct way to wear AfterShokz Headphones?
Start by spreading the two sound producing transducers and sliding the headphones over your head with the wraparound headband in the back of your head. The ear hook portion of the headband fits over your ears and the transducers will sit in front of your ears, not over your ears. Tip the wraparound headband down a bit, toward your neck to position the transducers properly. Experiment to find the best position for your head.

Will the vibrations produced by AfterShokz harm my cheekbones or teeth?
No, the vibrations produced by AfterShokz will not harm the bones in your head nor will they loosen your teeth or the fillings in your teeth.
