We had purchased an older model through Amazon & were having difficulty charging them so we contacted customer service to see if we were connecting the charger correctly. With a couple of questions they determined a new set was needed and promptly mailed one to us. Very helpful. Thank you!!!

I was skeptical at first thinking the music wont sound as well with these but those thought were ended with the first song. I was really impressed with the quality of the sound and could still hear things around me at the same time. This is the way all headphones should be. I think that other manufacturers will be looking into making some of there own now that this technology is out. The only down side I can think of is it needs a Play/Pause/Advance Music button. On the web site it says that it has this feature but it doesn't. I hope in the future they will incorporate it into this headset and then I will upgrade.

I had ear surgery in January, and I ordered the M2 right after it. I can hear in stereo even with only 50% hearing in my right ear. I love them! The sound is clear, the case is awesome. I would be worried about them without a case, but thankfully they have one. Battery life is good. The only con is I had to buy an extension cable for my desk since the headphone jack to my computer is farther away than the cord length.
